Can i take a prepaid cell phone to mexico and activate it over there with like Movistar or usacell?

My mother wants to give my aunt the pre-paid dungeon phone though you have been not certain if they work over there. For e.g. i have an aged att dungeon phone could i send it over there so they can make use of it?

Yeah she can active any kind of cell phone like a pre pay or even a digital one but it all depends what part of Mexico you’re talking about they work in Guanajuato my home town ha ha I hope it helps you but don’t send her an Old one:):):):)
