I own a association as well as wish a association to franchise an unit for an worker entrance from out of town. The franchise will be twelve months. Will they let me put it in my company’s name or will we have to pointer for it myself? we would cite to have it in my company’s name. Thanks.

I’m pretty sure you can have it in your Company’s Name .
If it is for the Company it should be okay .
but to be careful maybe you should sign it in yours .

nobody can second guess what the property owner will want on the lease. So no matter what you want it’s going to be up to the property owner so just ask them.
Even if your name is on the lease your company can still claim the expense if it makes the payments. Or even if you make the payments just give your company an invoice for the cost and then they pay you. You will have to claim the expense and the income which balance out so there is no additional tax implications for you.

A 12-month lease. Hmmm, how long will this employee be using it? An indefinite contract or one that lasts longer than 12 months would make this taxable income to the employee and would need to be shown on their W-2.

Yes, i done with it.. i did it for 3 years. I never have problem with it. They always approved it in 30 mins and move in. Positive notes are giving me discount cost of rental and can get tax refund if it make out to company payment.
