Okay i only paid for the Att prepaid sim label as well as got the total speak as well as content devise i am regulating my brothers neon phone though HATE it as well as the keyboard.Reason i did this is means i suspicion i could put the prepaid sim label in any att phone though when i attempted to put it in my brothers Xenon all it pronounced was initializing sim card.So am i screwed outta my 60 bucks or is it only which phone???

Its probably just that phone. A prepaid att sim card is no different than any other card. the card just lets att know which user you are so they can properly bill you. if you have a prepaid then att can keep track of how many minutes you use vs. how much you paid.
as long as you have the sim card, you can use any at&t phone with it.
