No. i.e. hair removal from laser treatment, where it is only cosmetic levels. But yes if the exposure is long term, with out proper protection.

Unlikely. It has not been shown. If your doctor tells you it is ok to get laser hair removal -go ahead.

However, everything is possible. I do not know of any research that quantifies this possibility. It would be hard to make good conclusions because we are all exposed to the sun, and our genetic makeups are different.
