There’s no lemon law for farm machinery. Used vehicles, and that includes tractors, are sold as-is with no warranty. You have no legal right to return the tractor and the seller has no obligation to refund your money.
Lemon laws only apply to vehicles that you purchase brand new. Unless the purchase included some kind of warranty, the seller owes you nothing. Whenever you buy a used vehicle (tractor, automobile, etc), you should have it checked out by a mechanic before you buy it.
Its USED. So there isn’t one.
Did it have a warranty? If not you are SOL. On top of that did you at least bother to get it all checked out before you bought it? If not there is a lesson for you. Check it before you buy it.
