att prepaid phone. Out of minutes?

When job the chairman which has the prepaid at&t we keep getting..not the operative numbr..what buck this mean? out of minutes?
But when we content them, it goes thru..it says it has been delivered..help??
soo which equates to they have been only out of minutes?

The person who has the phone is not getting the text messages. It shows that they have been delivered, but they aren’t actually getting there. The not a working number is from being out of mins

It says it’s been delivered on your end but he might not even be getting it. I have NO idea about ATT prepaid phones. I don’t know why it wouldn’t be a working number just because they are out of minutes unless everytime you run out you have to set your number back up…
