I had my dungeon phone use with Alltel which is right away underneath Verizon for 1 year. we have had to reinstate my phone 3 times in the final 3 weeks. we have been told which there is the lemon law traffic with dungeon phone which after 3-4 replacements, they contingency yield we with the New phone, not the reconditioned one. What is the law about cancelling ones use if Asurion/Verizon refuses to reinstate the poor phone?

most places don’t have lemon laws for phones, but many actual phone companies have "no lemon" policies. so check your phone contract, or a lawyer near you.
